What I collect

If you fill out the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, and your message (the “what brings you here” note). That’s it — there’s no account to create and no hidden fields.

I also keep privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics about site visits so I can see which pages people find useful. This does not identify you (more on that below).

How I use it

I use what you send me for one thing: to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to keep that conversation going. I don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. There’s no marketing list and no ad tracking.

Analytics

Visit analytics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It’s cookie-free and privacy-first: it doesn’t use tracking cookies, doesn’t fingerprint you, and doesn’t collect personal data. I only see anonymous, aggregated numbers like page views and referrers.

The contact form

The contact form is powered by Formspree, a US-based form backend. When you submit the form, your message passes through and is stored by Formspree so it can be delivered to me by email. On the current plan, submissions are retained by Formspree for roughly 30 days and then aged out.

Formspree is used only to relay your message to me — your data isn’t sold or shared for other purposes. You can read more about how Formspree handles data in their own privacy policy.

Your choices and data requests

If you’d like to know what I have on file, or you want me to delete the message you sent, just ask. Email me at jeremiah@dulycoded.com and I’ll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I’ll update the effective date at the top of the page. Since this is a one-person shop, changes will be rare and kept just as plain as this.
